Now my husband and I are renewing our wedding vows in honor of our 20th Anniversary and all of our family from Ireland are here. The ceremony and reception are on July 9th and we just decided at the last minute that we wanted new rings.

28th July 2006 - Hi Ken. I just wanted to say that the ring (R126/127) that I recieved was not only on time (as promised), but looked incredible. I was married on June 10, 2006 and my wife and I counld not have been happier. I made our programs and used our wedding bands for the cover, and they both photographed so well. Thank you, thank you, thank you for EVERYTHING that you, and Des Byrne Jewellers, have done to make our day as special as it was. I would like to send you a picture of the two bands together so you could see how great it looked. If you could let me know how to do that, if you want, I would appreciate it. It's such a thrill when people look at my ring and I tell them, "It's from Ireland!" Now I'll always have a piece of "home" with me all the days of my life. That's great news and the shipment date will work just fine. Actually, the credit card company was protecting itself -- there is a federal statute that limits the liability of the cardholder to a maximum of $50 for fraudulent use. But, I can understand their concerns, although if they'd only looked back over recent years, they would have recognized several purchases from your business. In any case, I'm delighted that the shipment will be here before Marcie's 40th birthday on Feb 4. Thanks for all your kind help and I hope you have a fine, prosperous 2005 yourself!

Dear Ken,
First of all let me tell you how you have made my day. I am so in
love with these rings and it means so much to me that you will be
able to get the ring to me prior to the wedding!
What is even more touching than that to me is that you are only at
present charging me for the difference and freight. Due to a "thrown
out back" I was out of work for 2 weeks and money is tight. The trust
you are putting forth in not charging me for a whole new ring is both
above and beyond and is a reminder that there are still decent and
amazing people out there. I have told everyone in the office I work
in about your professionalism and my family as well.
I will package up the 8.5 women's with original box/pamphlets etc.
and when the other ring arrives on the 4th I will have our shipping
guys overnight it back to you so you can have it back in the same
week.
It's funny, sometimes you don't think that something like a ring
purchase will refresh your view of mankind. I think I have lived in
California too long. Where I am from in Canada originally I have run
into the same generosity.
I will stop rambling....but thank you again! I look forward to
ordering more pieces in the future from you.

we had ordered shield rings like this for our marriage almost 2 years ago now, I had injured my finger and my ring no longer fit. I didnt wish to break the symbolizm of the design to have it resized..........I was feeling very sad and naked without it and now I can again wear the ring I love thanks to you!
