I can't tell you how happy I am, and how overwhelmed I am with the effort that you and your jewelers have put out in order for me to have the ring in time for my wedding on August 13th!! I am truly amazed with the service I have received.

The ring arrived today. Looks much better than it did on the website by the way. My wife is absolutely delighted with it and the fit is perfect. I can't believe you got it to us so quickly. I've had birthday cards to neighbours take longer to get there.
I just want to say that the standard of service from you and your team was excellent through all the hickups last week with the ordering. It is the reason that I was happy to wait till the issues were resolved and also the reason that I will shop with you again and recommend you to friends. I don't normally comment on these things but then this level of customer support is not the norm. Great to see an Irish company so customer focused.

Hi Ken: My ring was delivered today. It is soooo beautiful. When I went outside I had to put my sun glasses on to look at it (yes, it\\\'s actually sunny here today)!! I finally received the ring yesterday after enduring a hurricane delay. I
have to admit, I was disappointed at first because it appeared to lack a
bright luster. However, it was night-time and I guess the lights in my
apartment were not bright enough for me to fully appreciate the brilliance
of the ring. Today, I opened the box in my office under flourescent lights
and it looked great. Afterwards, I took it outside where I was temporarily
blinded by its brilliance.
I'm a happy camper now and appreciate the craftsmanship that went into the
ring.
