Your efforts to obtain the ring for me before I left for Galway (heading to the factory early in the morning, picking up several sizes just to be sure that I would have a good fit, phoning my hotel to say it was ready, and having all the peperwork set for when I arrived at your shop on my way to the bus) was above and beyond the call of duty and much more than I have come to expect from most merchants these days. And, the ring itself is of the highest quality - I get compliments on it all of the time. Thank you for your help. I will be sure to stop in during my next annual trip to Ireland.
