Hello Ken! sorry for not giving news earlier but we had a week-end off . We well received the rings on friday at noon and I waited until the evening to open the package with Pascal. I was so excited! and when we saw the rings we were -and still are! - really happy with them.. they look very beautiful and delicate. Perfect for our wedding! Your recent Valentine's Day email reminded me that I forgot to thank you for your assistance in obtaining mny ring when I was in Dublin in late November. Your efforts to obtain the ring for me before I left for Galway (heading to the factory early in the morning, picking up several sizes just to be sure that I would have a good fit, phoning my hotel to say it was ready, and having all the peperwork set for when I arrived at your shop on my way to the bus) was above and beyond the call of duty and much more than I have come to expect from most merchants these days.
