The ring arrived today. Looks much better than it did on the website by the way. My wife is absolutely delighted with it and the fit is perfect. I can't believe you got it to us so quickly. I've had birthday cards to neighbours take longer to get there.
I just want to say that the standard of service from you and your team was excellent through all the hickups last week with the ordering. It is the reason that I was happy to wait till the issues were resolved and also the reason that I will shop with you again and recommend you to friends. I don't normally comment on these things but then this level of customer support is not the norm. Great to see an Irish company so customer focused.

I finally received the ring yesterday after enduring a hurricane delay. I
have to admit, I was disappointed at first because it appeared to lack a
bright luster. However, it was night-time and I guess the lights in my
apartment were not bright enough for me to fully appreciate the brilliance
of the ring. Today, I opened the box in my office under flourescent lights
and it looked great. Afterwards, I took it outside where I was temporarily
blinded by its brilliance.
I'm a happy camper now and appreciate the craftsmanship that went into the
ring.

I did a lot of research online looking for celtic knotwork wedding bands and were truly amazed at the prices and photographs on the web site. We both feel it is very important to outwardly show our Celtic heritage and when we started discussing wedding bands and I mentioned knotwork Patrick was in 100% agreement. Being able to show our pride in being of Irish (as well as Scotts for Patrick and the rest of the Isles for me) heritage will be heightened by being able to say that our wedding bands were made and shipped from Ireland. I actually recieved the product today! I was so surprised that it was shipped the day after I ordered it and in my hands four days later! I can't believe it. I was actually writing an e-mail to you folks for information on the order this morning when the fed-ex delivery driver walked in with it. We have a local shop in my city near my place of employment and they have beautiful Irish jewelry etc but I have to say that your piece is as nice as anything they have and for less than half the cost. The same ring I paid $39.00 for through you folks was going to cost me a little over $85.00 through the local shop. Thanks again. I'm sure my boyfriend will love his gift.
