I have wanted to write you about the beautiful Celtic Cross, that I ordered for my husband for his birthday. I had shopped the different web sites plus various jewellers at our shopping mall. I had not seen anything that was special for him. Then I went to Allcladdagh.com I was really surprised and pleased to find the Scripture Celtic Cross. It was more then beautiful. It was unique and something he would know, I had taken time to hunt for. I never expected more then that. Thank you so much. When it arrived in such timley manner. The ring arrived today. Looks much better than it did on the website by the way. My wife is absolutely delighted with it and the fit is perfect. I can't believe you got it to us so quickly. I've had birthday cards to neighbours take longer to get there.
I just want to say that the standard of service from you and your team was excellent through all the hickups last week with the ordering. It is the reason that I was happy to wait till the issues were resolved and also the reason that I will shop with you again and recommend you to friends. I don't normally comment on these things but then this level of customer support is not the norm. Great to see an Irish company so customer focused.
