Thank you for giving me an update on the status of my order. Delivery on the 7th is fine. Since you've so kindly given me this personal response, let me give you a little background on this purchase. In 1978, my girlfriend returned from a European tour which included an extended stay in Ireland, a country that we both love. She brought with her a matched set of silver Claddagh rings for the two of us. We were married two years later and wore the rings as wedding bands for years. Over time mine broke and hers no longer fit her. This year on March 22nd is our silver (25th) wedding anniversary, and we decided to replace our favorite rings in honor of the occasion. Thank you for the email with the fedex tracking number. I tracked it this evening at 9:10 cst, and it said there was an expected delivery time of 10:30 on Friday 10/15; I notice that it was being sent priority packaged. If this means that it will get to me by 10:30 am on friday morning, I can not begin to tell you how much that extra mile means to me. I will now be able to keep my plans with my girlfriend this weekend and give her that promise ring. If there is anyway I can call you on a toll free number and give you a recommendation, let me know and I will do it. It is a rare thing today for a business to go the extra mile for their customer. I ordered a silver Gent's claddagh ring a few weeks back and am writing to thank you very much for your excellent service. I had to make a special request for a size "Z" to match Australian sizes and was a bit worried that I wouldn't be able to find the right size. Well, I needn't have worried! The ring arrived about a week after I ordered it and the little pamphlets that you sent separately arrived last week. As you promised me it would be, the ring is beautiful - and the perfect size! I can't wait to give it to its future owner! Thanks again, I hope to do "internet business" with you again in the future
